Quotes are free. I'll walk the space with you first, then give you a real number before anything starts.
Larger projects — several rooms or a whole house — are quoted as a flat package so you know the total upfront rather than watching a clock.
Bins, baskets, labels, and drawer inserts are billed at cost with receipts and no markup. You can buy them yourself from a list I'll put together at no charge, or I can buy them for you. My shopping time is billed at the hourly rate and approved before I shop.
Travel is included within about 25 miles of Winchester. For farther towns a small flat trip fee applies, and it appears in the quote before work begins.
